What You'll Gain: Structured leadership development Direct mentorship from experienced Regional Directors and General Managers Hands-on exposure to real operational decision-making Cross-functional business experience Clear path toward management opportunities Experience in a stable, essential industry (energy & operations) What You'll Do: As a Manager Trainee, you’ll rotate through key departments to build a complete understanding of how our business operates: Customer Service & Office Operations Delivery & Logistics Service & Field Operations Sales & Customer Growth Credit & Financial Operations You’ll also: Assist senior leaders with budgeting and financial analysis Review performance metrics and operational reports Participate in marketing and customer experience initiatives Learn industry regulations and company policies Support fleet, facility, and operational improvement projects Take part in formal company-sponsored leadership training This is not a shadowing program — you’ll be actively involved in real business operations.
