Responsibilities
- Assist senior leaders with budgeting and financial analysis
- Review performance metrics and operational reports
- Participate in marketing and customer experience initiatives
- Learn industry regulations and company policies
- Support fleet, facility, and operational improvement projects
- Take part in formal company-sponsored leadership training
- Rotate through key departments to build a complete understanding of how our business operates: Customer Service & Office Operations Delivery & Logistics Service & Field Operations Sales & Customer Growth Credit & Financial Operations
