The Trade Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing shopper marketing strategies and programs for regional chain accounts and emerging channels. This role will collaborate cross-functionally with brand, trade, retail, e-commerce, media, and agency partners to drive conversion at the point of purchase and enhance the shopper experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Required.
  • 4-5 years sales and/or shopper experience needed.
  • In-depth knowledge of chain account sales process and shopper marketing.
  • Experience in Trade or Shopper marketing or agency experience building client facing retailer plans
  • CPG or beer knowledge required
  • Shopper Marketing tactics and vendor knowledge
  • Previous Couponing experience
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and internal system tools.
  • Strong people and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop shopper program strategy and implement programming for region chains and Emerging Channels
  • Collaborate with brand, trade, retail, e-commerce, media, and agency teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and re-prioritize as needed.
  • Tailor national programs to regional chains and Emerging Channels through tactics including loyalty, couponing, shopper media, etc.
  • Manage budgets and conduct post-performance analyses and ROI for regional chains and Emerging Channels account programs.
  • Communicate programming to internal stakeholders.
