To manage and oversee the NTC Tennis Programs office operation while providing outstanding service to tennis playing community. The role involves collaborating with the ITC Leadership Team to create the annual mapping of Tennis Programs offered seasonally at the NTC, producing and managing the tennis program calendar, and ensuring program registrations are live at least two months in advance of commencement. The manager will also be responsible for updating the NTC website for each enrollment period and ensuring all related information is accurate.

  • Manage and oversee the NTC Tennis Programs office operation.
  • Collaborate with the ITC Leadership Team to create the annual mapping of Tennis Programs.
  • Produce and manage the tennis program calendar.
  • Ensure program registrations are live at least two months in advance of commencement.
  • Update the NTC website for each enrollment period.
  • Manage programs office team including creating weekly work schedules and coordinating payroll.
  • Establish annual performance goals/evaluations and deliver training for all staff.
  • Collaborate with Sr. Business Manager on the organization and sale of tennis programs.
  • Manage USTA assigned software platform integration.
  • Collaborate with the NTC Tennis Programs Director of Tennis Operations.
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the tennis program software system.
  • Manage comprehensive programming and revenue dashboards for performance analysis.
  • Develop and oversee the NTC's tennis promotional strategy.
  • Manage NTC Tennis Programs social media platforms.
  • Work with the Sr. Business Manager to ensure timely customer inquiries are addressed.
  • Assist with USTA NTC tournaments as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the game of tennis.
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
  • Past experience leading and motivating teams of at least two or more individuals.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Excel and Google docs).
  • Tennis industry programming experience or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing is a plus.
  • Strong reconciliation skills and ability to resolve issues real-time.
