About The Position

This role supports product development within the region to contribute to growth
goals. The candidate will assist in managing the product lifecycle, including
helping to create and improve products, evaluating performance, and conducting
basic market research to ensure products meet user needs. In service delivery,
the role involves supporting the implementation and delivery of regional
solutions to local offices, working with various teams to achieve successful
outcomes. This includes assisting with user testing, training, and customer
rollout activities. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with
cross-regional teams to help standardize products and processes globally, with
minor local adjustments as needed. The candidate will also assist the Functional
Head in developing global strategies.
