About The Position

Work with the Director of Technology Customer Services to oversee the operations of the Technology Support Center, Technology Training, Application Support, Customer Service, Support Quality Assurance, and Parent/Student technology support to ensure that customer expectations are met or exceeded. Responsible for assuring that staff within assigned units follow standards, processes and procedures to ensure that effective customer service is provided to KISD users of technology resources.
