About The Position
Walmart Marketplace's Seller Education team is seeking a seasoned learning and development Content Manager/Writer to oversee our technical content across various platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for developing a comprehensive strategy for our API instructional content and creating clear, concise, and accurate guides, video tutorials, and manuals tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences of Marketplace sellers and solution providers. You will collaborate closely with teams including GTM, Marketing Ops, Product, Business, Engineering, and other stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly content that aligns with our business objectives and initiatives. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and passionate about producing engaging instructional content that effectively trains our rapidly growing Marketplace seller community on various Walmart solutions and tools. As a Content Manager/Writer, you will be expected to be strategic and visionary, with a strong aptitude for writing. You should have experience in producing engaging technical content for API solutions, scriptwriting, and instructional design. A solution-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail is essential, as is the ability to lead and provide guidance to other content creators and agencies. You will need to be organized and disciplined, capable of managing multiple projects concurrently, and skilled in simplifying complex subjects through easy-to-follow tutorials and guides. Additionally, you should be adept at quickly learning new digital tools and solutions, driven by challenges, and ready to engage at a Fortune 1 scale.
