About The Position

Emplify Health is seek an experienced Manager, Technical Services to lead enterprise-wide technical operations and infrastructure initiatives. This role requires a strategic leader with deep technical expertise and proven ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to lead and manage a team of 20+ direct reports across the enterprise, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or Computer Science or a related technical field
  • Network Topologies, Network Security, Routing and Switching
  • 5 years of extensive experience in information technology.
  • Extensive knowledge of and demonstrated competence in installing and supporting a large network infrastructure
  • Background in infrastructure, storage, and database administration.
  • Demonstrated competence in supporting large-scale network infrastructure.
  • Passion for service excellence and continuous improvement
  • Strong leadership and team building capabilities

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with Epic Client System Application (ECSA) preferred.
  • Experience with Hyper-V virtualization, and exposure to Azure/cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee infrastructure operations, including storage, database administration, and enterprise systems
  • Drive improvements and operational efficiencies through leadership and collaboration
  • Support virtualization and cloud initiatives, including Hyper-V (VM) and Azure environments.
  • Organizational Strategy and Implementation -- Recognizes market trends, judges the impact on their AOR, contributes to responsive strategic plans, develops AOR operational plans, articulates these plans, and ensures they are communicated to gain alignment and commitment of all AOR staff.
  • Fiscal Management -- Effectively uses established processes to ensure accountability for effective operations and resource management.
  • Human Resource Management -- Effectively uses established processes to: select, align, develop, motivate, manage, and retain a team of highly skilled employees.
  • Excellence in Service and Quality-- Achieves seamless delivery of quality patient care, safety, excellence in patient experience, and customer service. Utilizes Continuous Quality Improvement principles and platform planning in decisions, improvements, and system design.
  • Organizational Leadership -- Provides leadership and accomplishes objectives by ensuring the integration of processes and initiatives while modeling collaboration. Participates and supports in brand/service delivery teams as requested. Maintains accountability for implementation of requirements of regulatory agencies Serves as liaison to the community Duties and responsibilities as defined by specific department (if applicable)
