As Onebrief becomes the enterprise application for military operations, we are seeking an experienced Manager of Technical Delivery Management (TDM) to lead and scale the TDM function within our Infrastructure & Security Operations organization. This role combines strong people leadership with accountability for ambiguous, high-stakes engagements across mission-critical customer programs. The ideal candidate has strong public sector IT experience and a proven track record of building and coaching technical leaders who drive complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning product, engineering, infrastructure, and security. You will be responsible for establishing delivery rigor, improving forecasting and risk management, and ensuring consistent, successful outcomes for both internal stakeholders and government customers. About You You are an customer-focused leader who builds, develops, and empowers high-performing teams by coaching them to own outcomes end-to-end, manage cross-functional dependencies, and communicate program health with precision. You balance speed with rigor, customer urgency with internal realities, and consistently raise the bar on predictability and follow-through. Execution is your standard and you scale it through strong leaders.
