About The Position

At Tactile Medical, we specialize in developing at-home therapy devices to treat lymphedema, chronic venous insufficiency and respiratory illnesses. The Manager, Tech Lead & Product Owner will drive the strategy, development, and delivery of solutions leveraging NetSuite and Brightree platforms. This role combines product ownership with technical leadership, guiding agile teams to build, enhance, and support business-critical applications and integrations. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, manage roadmaps, and lead technical execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Tech Lead, or similar role
  • Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams, including employees and consultants.
  • Strong background in application design, development, integration, and maintenance, especially with ERP and healthcare platforms.
  • Experience in the NetSuite platform or other similar MRP/ERP platforms
  • Exceptional communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong ownership and leadership mindset; able to thrive in dynamic, ambiguous environments.
  • Strategic thinker with proven ability to execute tactical initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success in developing product roadmaps, requirements, and user experiences.
  • Ability to lead business and technical initiatives to successful outcomes.
  • Self-directed, motivated, and results-driven.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience in NetSuite and/or Brightree implementations.
  • Experience in healthcare, medical device, or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead agile teams as both Product Owner and Tech Lead to design, implement, and optimize NetSuite and Brightree solutions, organizing feature backlogs and release schedules.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams to translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks and solutions.
  • Maintain clear communication channels across departments to gather feedback, prioritize enhancements, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Analyze user and system data to identify trends, validate solutions, and address issues, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain technical and product roadmaps, supporting platform enhancements and strategic initiatives.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, execution, and demos, utilizing agile ceremonies and tools to measure team performance.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, cybersecurity, SOX), and maintain documentation for audits and reviews.
  • Provide direct management for assigned team members, including conducting routine performance evaluations, providing coaching, setting work direction, and performance management.
  • Mentor and guide direct and indirect team members and stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.
  • Other duties as assigned.
