As a Manager, Tax Compliance you will leads U.S. federal, state, and U.S. international corporate income tax compliance and plays a key role in tax accounting, planning, and audit support. This is a high-impact position which requires strong technical expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to partner cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, growing organization. at Fort Worth, TX. In this role, a typical day will include: Lead preparation and review of U.S. federal, multi‑state, and U.S. international corporate income tax returns. Drive process improvement, technology enhancements and automation in her/his field in cooperation with the Tax technology team. Manage estimated tax payments, extensions, and state apportionment calculations. Ensure timely and accurate completion of all U.S. income tax compliance obligations. Manage and resolve state income tax notices and audits. Maintain robust documentation supporting tax positions and internal controls. Integrate new acquisitions into the US tax consolidation and compliance cycle. Monitor changes in federal and state tax law and, in cooperation with the US tax planning team, anticipate impacts and communicate recommendations. Assist tax accounting team with quarterly and annual tax provision processes, including return‑to‑provision analysis, deferred tax reconciliations, and uncertain tax positions. Partner with tax accounting team to ensure accurate tax‑related financial statement disclosures. Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, Legal, and business teams on strategic initiatives. Ability to translate complex tax concepts into clear, actionable guidance for non‑tax stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +13 yrs; Assoc.+9 yrs; M.S.+2 yrs; PhD+1 yr).
  • The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English.
  • 5 Years of Relevant Experience
  • 3 Years of Demonstrated Leadership

Nice To Haves

  • CPA and/or Master of Taxation (MST).
  • Big Four public accounting experience strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of either ASC 740 or IAS 12.
  • Experience with OneSource Income Tax (OIT) and BNA research tools.
  • Strong technical knowledge of U.S. federal, state and US international corporate income tax.
  • Hands‑on experience with U.S. federal and multi‑state income tax compliance.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to partner cross‑functionally.
