As part of our Talent Management team, you’ll be at the forefront of
designing, implementing, and optimizing global talent programs that cultivate
a high-performing workforce and foster a culture of continuous growth and
excellence. This group plays a vital role in ensuring Ford attracts,
develops, and retains the diverse talent necessary to drive our bold vision
forward, empowering our teams and businesses to innovate and achieve the
impossible.
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Global Program Manager, Talent
Management, to lead the iterative design, development, and global deployment
of critical talent initiatives such as Performance Management, Talent Review,
and Succession Planning.
This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking and strategic design
capabilities, hands-on program management expertise across cross-functional
teams including communications & technology, cross-cultural competence, and a
passion for optimizing employee experience across diverse regions.
