About The Position

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and enhance people operations within a mission-driven environment. The Manager, Talent Management, Human Resources will independently drive full-cycle recruitment, develop internship programs, and manage comprehensive onboarding experiences for new hires. Beyond talent acquisition, the role oversees strategic HR projects, ensures smooth operational processes, and supports day-to-day HR activities. The position requires balancing hands-on execution with project management, collaborating across teams, and improving employee experience. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in professional HR settings.
  • 5+ years of Human Resources experience, including recruitment, preferably within international or global organizations.
  • Project management experience with ability to manage multiple initiatives effectively.
  • Self-starter with strong initiative and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-through, attention to detail, and strong time management skills.
  • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, with ability to foster collaborative relationships.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams; remote work competency required.
  • Ability to travel occasionally (approximately 8–10 times per year).

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for global roles, from workforce planning to offer and close.
  • Partner with managers to design inclusive hiring strategies and ensure timely, high-quality hiring outcomes.
  • Develop and manage the organization’s internship program, providing meaningful experiences for interns and teams.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring consistency and a positive employee experience.
  • Lead and support HR projects, including talent acquisition, onboarding, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for staff HR inquiries, providing guidance and support.
  • Maintain HR administrative processes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with best practices.
