About The Position

The Manager, Talent Management & Development is responsible for shaping and evolving Envision’s enterprise talent practices, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, leadership readiness, and assessments. This role ensures that talent processes are clear, scalable, and aligned to business priorities, enabling effective leadership behaviors and consistent, informed talent decisions across the organization. Working in close partnership with HR Business Partners and leaders, this role translates organizational priorities into practical talent practices that support how the business operates, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and inform where the organization invests in talent over time.
