As a Manager on the Talent Data Analytics & Insights team, you will leverage your analytical expertise to deliver data-driven solutions that enhance the effectiveness of Enterprise Talent programs. Your work will span talent analytics, process automation, and visualization-providing insights that help shape how we attract, develop, and retain top talent. This role requires critical thinking, curiosity, initiative, and confidence in applying analytical techniques to real-world challenges in the Talent space. You will collaborate closely with Talent, HR, and business leaders to understand their needs and deliver impactful analytics. Your analytical, technical, and communication skills will support our team and the business in making data-driven talent decisions. The work you do will allow the analysts to communicate trends, patterns, and predictive information found within talent-related data using various analytical and statistical tools and techniques. Our goal is to strengthen our analytical capability, efficiency, and generate operational insights in the organization.
