POSITION SUMMARY: The Manager, Talent Acquisition is responsible for the overall day-to-day metric outcomes/results and service levels for talent acquisition. This position works with executive leaders to ensure that the talent acquisition function is aligned with the overall strategic direction. The Talent Acquisition Manager demonstrates the expertise and judgment in the development, planning and execution of recruitment strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field is required, or equivalent years of experience.
  • 5+ years of human resources experience with emphasis on talent acquisition.
  • Knowledge of compliance of recruiting standards and practices for team members including but not limited to EEO, OFCCP, job postings, etc.
  • Ability to lead a team of talent acquisition professionals at all levels which would include the ability to coach, establish accountabilities, management performance and ensure ongoing development of team.
  • Ability to execute plans – both strategy and project related.
  • Ability to track, prioritize, and drive multiple-concurrent projects.
  • Strong coaching and advising skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of integrity.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of time.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience recruiting hospital leadership positions up to Vice President, preferred.
  • SHRM PHR or SPHR, preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Works with division and corporate talent acquisition executives to develop recruitment strategy, set priorities, and define quarterly and annual recruitment goals.
  • Establishes best practice processes, workflow, and guidelines for recruiting coordination and collaboration across all geographies and business units.
  • Establishes metrics and benchmarks for recruiting performance and forecasted growth at the business-unit recruiter level.
  • Researches, identifies, and implements the most appropriate and cost effective/competitive recruiting tools. Responsible for the planning, execution, and updates for the Recruitment Management System.
  • Coordinates and/or provides recruitment training and development.
  • Proactively develops candidate pools and full-cycle recruiting strategy to fill Americas Division director-level and ad hoc hard-to-fill positions.
  • Coordinates strategy to reduce reliance third-party contract search firms and agency utilization.
  • Guides each business unit in the development of local strategy and accountability to reduce agency utilization.
