The primary functions of this position are to lead or manage corporate or field employment responsibilities for a specific site or project. Responsibilities Support large group employment team members in recruiting and onboarding efforts Develops and directs daily office procedures and methods to ensure that the staffing requirements of the site are being met on time and in accordance with Zachry’s hiring practices as well as with state, federal and local laws. Provides staffing expertise in the areas of sourcing, recruiting, on-boarding, and re-deployment for the project it supports as well as to others in the organization. Manages the employment office including ordering employment supplies, needed safety supplies, office supplies, forms, signs, videos, etc. unless a more senior manager is located and responsible for the same office. Manages overall daily operations of the employment office including traffic flow, telephone traffic, applicant flow, applicant log, computers, office equipment, furniture, parking lot, office hours of operations etc. Manages the sourcing of candidates including incoming ROF lists from other Zachry Project Sites, new applications, updated applications, walk-in candidates, Monitors and reports on project metrics to include: Requisitions, Applicant Tracking System Data, Turnover Rate/Retention Rate, Forecasted needs)
