About The Position

Eskenazi Health serves as the public hospital division of the Health & Hospital Corporation of Marion County. Physicians provide a comprehensive range of primary and specialty care services at the 333-bed hospital and outpatient facilities both on and off of the Eskenazi Health downtown campus including at a network of Eskenazi Health Center sites located throughout Indianapolis. The System Integration and Performance Manager is responsible for overseeing the integration of various software systems within supply chain to ensure seamless operations and optimal performance at Eskenazi Health. This role also maintains the data integrity of the enterprise resource planning solution to ensure quality analytics and reporting. The leader will partner with multiple departments, manage system upgrades, and maintain software functionality to align with the organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years working experience in supply chain analytics, information technology, data mining or SQL roles accepted in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
  • Knowledge of healthcare supply chain operations and systems.
  • Proficiency in system integration and performance management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred experience with SAP ARIBA, SAP Fiori, GHX Enterprise Solutions, Power BI, SQL, FTP, EPIC, Trackcore, UKG Kronos, Item Master Management and Charge Description Master solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively contributes to Eskenazi Health Mission: Advocate, Care, Teach and Serve with special emphasis on the vulnerable population of Marion County.
  • Oversee the system integration and data integrity practices for sourcing, contracts administration, procurement, clinical supply, materials management, procure to pay and vendor credentialing operations.
  • Develop and implement data management strategies, including data governance and data quality initiatives.
  • Implement data infrastructure to meet Office of Inspector General, The Joint Commission and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act requirements.
  • Conduct market research and best in class data integrity models.
  • Lead the integration of new and existing systems within supply chain operations.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure system compatibility and data integrity.
  • Manage system upgrades and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Facilitate quality improvement projects related to data mining, interfaces, accuracy and performance.
