About The Position

Sephora USA, Inc. has multiple Manager, Engineering, Warehouse Systems positions available in Olive Branch, MS. You will: Plan, direct, and coordinate Distribution Center (DC) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) activities. Lead the WMS Production Engineering team to implement new systems functionality, determine root cause of complex incidents and engineer solutions. Provide improvement to DC reliability. Provide resource management and oversight for all DC systems. Establish metrics and reporting to IT and DC Operations Management of team effectiveness to resolve issues within stated SLAs and improve system stability and reliability. Understand system maintenance requirements and provide downtimes and validation. Position allows some work-from- home flexibility, with schedule to be approved by manager. Must be able to work on site as required.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field and 4 years of experience in Logistics Engineer, Analyst, or related occupation. In the alternative the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field and 6 years of experience.
  • Experience must include: JDA application development and support; Programming in C, SQL, and PL/SQL; LextEdit, Oracle Moca clients, and Winmsql; SQL and JDA table structures; Data Driven Application (DDA) Development, and Distribution Center (DC) operational practices and procedures; JDA/Blue Yonder; Warehouse Execution Systems; Warehouse Control Systems; Parcel Shipping Software; and Transportation Management Systems.
