The Manager, System Operations Training & Standards is responsible for overseeing the development, maintenance, and administration of System Operations standards, manuals, bulletins, policies, and procedures. This role ensures all documentation is accurate, current, and effectively distributed across the organization. The Manager serves as the primary point of contact for both internal and external audits and inspections related to System Operations. In addition, the position leads the onboarding, initial, and recurrent training programs for Global Control Center (GCC) team members and supports ongoing training and professional development initiatives across all System Operations teams. The Manager plays a key role in maintaining operational consistency, compliance, and performance excellence through effective training and standards management.
