Position Purpose: The Manager, Logistics – RDC ICQA is responsible for driving inventory integrity, financial accuracy, and product flow across Regional Distribution Centers (RDCs). This role builds and governs effective 4‑wall ICQA processes and controls, removes operational friction that impedes throughput, and leads cross‑functional initiatives to improve accuracy and execution. The role also enables RDC ICQA teams through data, analytics, reporting, and scalable technology solutions that support consistent decision‑making and continuous improvement. · Build and govern 4‑wall ICQA processes and controls that sustainably improve RDC inventory integrity and financial accuracy, ensuring alignment with Finance, Merch Accounting, Asset Protection, and Inventory Planning partners. · Improve RDC throughput and product flow by identifying, prioritizing, and eliminating ICQA‑related friction points; addressing root causes of defects, discrepancies, and process breakdowns that impede operational execution. · Lead and execute strategic, cross‑functional initiatives to enhance accuracy, including reducing rejects, minimizing receiving discrepancies, and leveraging closed‑loop quality feedback to prevent recurring errors. · Optimize ICQA onboarding, performance metrics, and operating cadences to ensure consistent execution, visibility to performance drivers, and sustained continuous process improvement across the RDC network. · Support RDC ICQA teams and Area ICQA Managers with actionable data, analytics, and reporting solutions, ensuring insights are scalable, standardized, and aligned to operational and leadership needs. · Enable and adopt new tools and technologies (e.g., BigQuery, SQL, Tableau, Microsoft Power Platform, automation, and emerging AI solutions) to improve data accessibility, reduce manual effort, and enhance decision support. · Partner cross‑functionally with Operations Quality, Data Quality, Channel Management, Inventory Planning & Replenishment, Finance, and other supply chain teams to align ICQA execution with broader RDC and enterprise priorities. · Develop, mentor, and lead analytical and operational talent , building capability, accountability, and a problem‑solving culture that supports long‑term accuracy and flow improvements.

Requirements

  • Must be eighteen years of age or older.
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
  • The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

Responsibilities

  • Develops solutions that leverage the Company' s volumes, systems and partnerships while providing consistently high levels of customer service in a cost-effective manner.
  • Identifies and prioritizes logistics needs and communicates recommendations to upper management in order to achieve efficient product distribution.
  • Provides data and recommendations on product tracking, route analysis, rerouting, costing and usage alternatives.
  • Advises IS and system users in the development and implementation of logistics systems improvements and changes.
  • Responds to Requests for Information (RFI) from potential software vendors.
  • Tests vendor software packages to identify potential shortcomings; ascertains vendors' ability to customize products to Home Depot specifications.
