As Supply Chain and Quality Manager you will be responsible for; Managing supplier performance and surveillance, including conducting supplier control reviews, verifying compliance with QMS/EMS requirements, and ensuring adherence to NADCAP‑certified special processes. Driving non‑conformance resolution, including managing NCs, concessions (VRNC), and industrial change activities to maintain on‑quality, on‑time supplier output. Executing supply chain risk‑mitigation activities, including supplier mapping, risk assessments, and implementation of tactical quality actions at the Wichita site. Supporting crisis management and supplier recovery, ensuring business continuity and rapid stabilization of operational disruptions during the transition period. Leading Transfer‑of‑Work (ToW) execution between sites, including coordinating material, process, and responsibility transfers and running weekly program reviews with stakeholders. Facilitating stakeholder communication, including participation in Local Area Initiative (LAI) activities and maintaining alignment across engineering, quality, and supply chain teams. Ensuring seamless project handover, providing documentation, analysis, and supply‑continuity recommendations through the completion of the transition and final handoff

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Supply Chain & Quality Management (SCQM) within aerospace or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of QMS/EMS requirements, NADCAP special processes, and supplier certification standards.
  • Demonstrated expertise in non‑conformance management, concessions (VRNC), supplier surveillance, and industrial change control.
  • Experience in risk management, supplier assessments, and Transfer‑of‑Work (ToW) execution.
  • Strong skills in crisis management, supplier recovery, and stabilizing operational performance.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Prior experience with aerospace manufacturing, especially pylons or related structures.
  • Familiarity with aerospace supplier networks and ecosystems.
  • Strong project‑management skills, including leading supplier reviews and driving process improvements.
