About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Manager for our top-20 nationally ranked Executive MBA program. As the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the program, supporting both faculty and students. This job description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work employees perform within this classification. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience).
  • Four to six years of progressively more responsible management experience.
  • Background knowledge of hiring department’s area of specialization in order to analyze, plan and draw conclusions for recommendations to superiors.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in planning and directing employees and processes in order to effectively monitor and develop subordinates and to ensure the smooth operation of department.
  • Applicants must demonstrate the potential ability to perform the essential functions of the job as outlined in the position description.

  • Master’s degree in a related area may be preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Executive MBA program, including scheduling, logistics, and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate with faculty members to ensure timely delivery of course materials and resources.
  • Manage student enrollment, registration, and graduation processes.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless coordination of program activities.
  • Develop and implement efficient systems and processes to enhance program operations.
  • Monitor program budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Plan and execute program events like orientation, class day weekends, intensive weeks, graduation, and alumni gatherings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, faculty, and staff, promptly addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Executive MBA program management.
