Requirements
- Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, or related fields.
- 8+ overall years of structural test experience with 3+ years of management experience.
- Extensive expertise in structural test methods, programs, and test hardware, including design, development, validation, and implementation.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, analytical skills, and a commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the production of structural test plans with functional teams, guiding processes from design and development through validation and implementation.
- Define new structural test methodologies for advanced test features.
- Coordinate technical aspects of test fixture and platform automation with suppliers, contract manufacturers, and cross-functional teams.
- Manage relationships with structural test tester providers and fixture houses.
