Responsibilities

  • Strategic Alignment & Readiness Ensure Corporate PMO initiatives are clearly understood, prioritized, and aligned across departments before execution begins.
  • Translate strategic objectives into cross-functional activation frameworks that clarify ownership, success criteria, and performance metrics.
  • Assess organizational readiness for strategic initiatives and identify dependencies, barriers, and misalignments early in the process.
  • Support the Director of Corporate Project Management in aligning Corporate PMO practices with evolving business strategies.
  • Activation & Adoption Support Work alongside Project and Quality Managers to ensure initiatives move beyond implementation to full adoption.
  • Design structured activation plans that define adoption milestones, key behaviors, and sustainment mechanisms.
  • Monitor adoption health and address systemic blockers that hinder strategy execution or process compliance.
  • Collaborate with HR and Communications to align messaging and training with Corporate PMO activation goals.
  • Cross-Functional Translation Serve as the translator between the Corporate PMO and business units, converting data and strategy into actionable insights and decisions.
  • Facilitate cross-functional working sessions to clarify intent, surface risks, and maintain alignment as initiatives evolve.
  • Ensure that leadership directives, project plans, and local operating practices remain synchronized across the organization.
  • Measurement & Continuous Improvement Define and track activation KPIs such as adoption rate, alignment score, and organizational throughput.
  • Work with the Data & Analytics team to build dashboards and early-warning indicators for execution drift.
  • Capture and codify lessons learned from major initiatives into activation playbooks that improve enterprise agility and execution maturity.
  • Report outcomes and improvement recommendations to Corporate PMO leadership and executive sponsors.
  • Contribute to portfolio-level governance by representing the "execution health" and alignment perspective as a complement to project status and quality metrics.
