As a Manager, Strategic Pricing & Planning, you will manage and execute global price governance processes to ensure disciplined, compliant, and value-based pricing decisions. This role owns governance service levels, supports strategic deal and product launch pricing reviews, and partners with Commercial teams to strengthen price monitoring and execution insights. The role operates within established pricing frameworks and provides analytical recommendations to enable effective pricing decisions. A strong grasp of market dynamics and proficiency with pricing methods are important to driving growth. This position is located onsite in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, a typical day will include:

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +13 yrs.; Assoc.+9 yrs.; M.S.+2 yrs.; PhD+1 yr.)
  • The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
  • 5 Years of Relevant Experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end Price Governance process and associated SLAs, ensuring timely and consistent handling of pricing requests.
  • Monitor governance performance and implement continuous improvements to workflows, documentation, and decision quality.
  • Conduct strategic deal pricing reviews, analyzing financial impact and developing pricing recommendations aligned with global guidance.
  • Support strategic product launch pricing reviews, including stage-gate and launch governance inputs.
  • Partner with Commercial, Market Access, Finance teams to assess pricing risks, trade-offs, and compliance with governance thresholds.
  • Support enhanced price monitoring capabilities through dashboards, reporting, and performance insights.
  • Maintain governance records, decision logs, and standard work to ensure transparency and auditability.
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to advance pricing initiatives that strengthen competitiveness and profitability.
  • Apply strategic thinking, industry expertise, and pricing technologies/optimization tools to enhance pricing effectiveness.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and influence in driving pricing initiatives and representing Pricing Strategy across Market Access and related forums.
