Role and Responsibilities The SCM and Operations Manager plays a key role in supporting the sales team by managing customer relationships (Amazon) and overseeing order processing and logistics operations. This position ensures seamless communication between internal teams and external partners, resolves operational challenges, and contributes to strategic projects that enhance efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset to drive operational excellence and improve satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing purchase orders, tracking shipments, resolving issues, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain smooth operations. The role also involves participating in initiatives to optimize logistics programs and develop new processes for improved efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field required.
  • 6+ years of proven experience in supply chain management, operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex data and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external customers.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities

Responsibilities

  • Manage Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure timely receipt, adjustments, and cancellations as needed.
  • Track POs and monitor shipping schedules to ensure on-time delivery and address supply chain disruptions.
  • Resolve operational challenges, including appointment pushouts, customer escalations, and out-of-stock situations.
  • Collaborate with Amazon to support logistics programs and optimize processes for efficiency.
  • Participate in strategic projects to improve operational workflows and customer satisfaction.
