About The Position
The Manager, Strategic Initiatives plays a key role in driving high-impact strategic initiatives across the organization. This individual partners with senior leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, ensuring successful execution through structured project management, cross-functional coordination, and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of project management experience
- Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior executives
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira) and data analysis tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives, from ideation through execution and post-implementation evaluation
- Partner with executive stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, success metrics, and timelines
- Translate strategic goals into detailed project plans, including milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and timely delivery
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Develop and deliver executive-level presentations, reports, and insights
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and strategic planning sessions
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and execution frameworks
- Ensure initiatives are aligned with overall business strategy and organizational priorities
