About The Position

As the Supply Chain Organizational Change Manager, you will be a 2-year project resource leading S/4HANA organizational change management for Supply Chain as part of the enterprise SAP S/4HANA transformation. You will be accountable for preparing Supply Chain teams to successfully adopt new processes, systems, and ways of working across Plan‑to‑Make, Procure‑to‑Pay, and Logistics. You will work closely with Supply Chain leadership, the S/4HANA program team, and enterprise change partners. You will ensure change activities are well‑sequenced, integrated with program delivery, and focused on driving adoption and minimizing disruption through go‑live and hyper care.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Organizational Development, Communications, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in organizational change management, transformation, or large‑scale program support.
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting ERP or enterprise system implementations.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ERP transformations.
  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain operations and end‑to‑end processes.
  • Experience working in matrixed, global organizations.
  • Familiarity with structured change methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Change Strategy & Execution Lead Supply Chain change management for the S/4HANA ERP transformation, aligned to enterprise change strategy and program milestones.
  • Partner with the Global project team, Regional Supply Chain organizations, and stakeholders to ensure timelines and expectations are met.
  • Develop and execute integrated change plans covering communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and readiness activities.
  • Ensure change activities are appropriately sequenced across design, testing, cutover, and post‑go‑live phases.
  • Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement Identify and manage key Supply Chain stakeholder groups across functions, regions, and sites.
  • Partner with leaders to activate sponsorship and reinforce consistent change messaging.
  • Support leaders in communicating impacts and expectations to their teams.
  • Communications Deliver targeted, role‑based communications for Supply Chain audiences.
  • Align Supply Chain messaging with broader S/4HANA program communications.
  • Ensure timely, clear, and consistent information reaches impacted employees.
  • Training & Enablement Partner with process leads and training teams to define Supply Chain training needs.
  • Ensure training materials reflect future‑state processes and real operational scenarios.
  • Support training deployment and reinforcement planning.
  • Readiness & Adoption Assess change readiness and adoption risks across Supply Chain.
  • Use feedback and change metrics to identify gaps and drive mitigation actions.
  • Support cutover and hyper care readiness to enable stable operations post‑go‑live.
  • Program Integration Work closely with the Supply Chain PMO to align change activities with program plans, risks, and milestones.
  • Surface change‑related risks and dependencies to Supply Chain and program governance forums.
