As the Manager of Strategic Accounts at ezCater, you will be crucial in leading and developing a high-performing team of Strategic Account Executives. Your leadership will be central to fostering their skills, refining processes, and utilizing tools to effectively present, close, and earn the trust of our Corporate Customers, thereby growing the adoption of ezCater features. You will drive team performance by developing and managing account growth plans with Corporate Customers, working closely with internal teams to enhance business input metrics such as new user addition, strategic meetings with key decision-makers, and maintaining pipeline management to ultimately drive total account GMV. Your role will involve successfully acquiring Strategic Corporate Accounts and driving incremental growth within existing accounts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B and/or Enterprise Sales Management experience, leading teams who sell into complex/networked organizations.
  • 6+ years of business facing sales or negotiation experience working with and influencing large businesses.
  • Experience using analytical, sales, and productivity tools including Salesforce (or other CRM) and G-Suite.
  • Experience delivering cross-functional projects that innovate on behalf of the customer.
  • Experience leading a team of 5-8 to achieve multi-year growth targets and goals.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics/KPIs to determine improvements and identify opportunities.
  • Experience selling to procurement and/or supply chain roles.
  • Proven success driving results through account development from prospecting, to scaling, to multi-year account growth.
  • Comfortable with “hands-on” management of tasks, and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • High threshold for working in an ambiguous, fast paced start-up like environment – figuring it out and adapting as you go.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, competition priorities simultaneously without sacrificing the ability to dive deep.
  • Analytical abilities and quantitative skills. Comfortable working with, and making sense of complex data.

Responsibilities

  • Hire and develop Strategic Account Executives as they improve their skills, processes, and tools to effectively present, close, and ultimately earn the trust of our Corporate Customers to grow adoption of ezCater features.
  • Lead your team to drive performance through developing and managing account growth plans with Corporate Customers in tandem with internal teams to improve business input metrics across new users added, targeting and meeting with key Decision Makers and Influencers, as well as key pipeline management and hygiene to ultimately drive total account GMV.
  • Drive the successful acquisition of a target set of Strategic Corporate Accounts, as well as drive incremental expansion in existing Strategic Corporate Accounts.
  • Demonstrate excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently while using centralized resources, policies and procedures.
  • Streamline and/or eliminate excess processes, hold partner teams accountable for improvement, reduce dependencies and eliminate problems that stifle innovation or cause customer dissatisfaction.
  • Representing ezCater at various customer facing events, including but not limited to industry-focused conferences, tradeshows or other general opportunities.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
