About The Position

The Manager of Store Care Programs at Walgreens is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of store care services across the company's portfolio of stores. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders, including service providers and internal teams, to implement and manage store care programs that align with company strategies and budgets. The manager will also focus on continuous improvement and value creation within these programs, while mentoring staff and ensuring a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in asset management, or a High School Diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in asset management.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and strategic business partners in a matrix organization.
• Experience responding to inquiries and/or complaints.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

• Experience managing store care programs such as HVAC, Refrigeration, warranties, inspections, and code compliance.
• Experience with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Implement store care programs aligned with company strategies and budgets.
• Oversee daily operations of store care programs to ensure efficient and compliant service delivery.
• Coordinate with Asset Management team members for effective program delivery.
• Promote continuous improvement and value creation through oversight of store care programs.
• Assist in developing program budgets and adhere to annual expense controls.
• Support the development of service scope for store care program implementation.
• Mentor and develop staff through training, performance management, and fostering a positive work environment.
