We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Campaign Operations Manager to join our Global Integrated Campaigns team. You will serve as the operational backbone of our campaigns. This role requires comfort with marketing systems and tools, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Requirements

  • 5+years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing technology tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Tableau, Optimizely, Marketo, Percolate, CloudDam, or similar.
  • Demonstrated experience managing campaign workflows, trafficking, and operations across multiple channels.
  • Familiarity with campaign measurement, KPIs, and pipeline attribution models.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with platforms and project workflow tools is a plus
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology marketing a plus

Responsibilities

  • Maintain campaign calendars, offer libraries, and intake processes.
  • Support implementation of campaign operations tools (e.g., project management, DAM, trafficking, or reporting systems).
  • Build and maintain playbooks, trafficking trackers, and operational dashboards.
  • Leverage campaign tracking tools, reporting frameworks, and marketing measurement KPIs to monitor and optimize campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with analytics to ensure proper tagging, setup, and reporting of campaign performance.
  • Ensure best practices are documented, shared, and embedded across the team.
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to ensure visibility and accountability.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency and campaign impact.
