About The Position

We are looking for a commercially driven and well-connected Sponsorships Manager to own the development, execution, and performance of our sponsorship program across motorsport, automotive events, and creator or athlete partnerships. This is a mid to senior-level role for someone who understands how to identify the right sponsorship properties, negotiate deals that deliver genuine brand and commercial value, and activate those partnerships in a way that resonates deeply with a performance automotive audience.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in sponsorship management, partnership marketing, or brand partnerships
  • Proven track record of negotiating and activating sponsorships that deliver measurable brand and commercial outcomes
  • Experience managing mid to large sponsorship budgets with strong financial discipline and reporting
  • Strong commercial acumen — able to evaluate opportunities based on brand fit, audience quality, and ROI
  • Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills, including experience managing contracts and partner expectations
  • Experience working cross-functionally to integrate partnerships into broader marketing initiatives

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within automotive, motorsport, or enthusiast-driven categories
  • Deep understanding of the automotive performance landscape, including key events, series, athletes, and communities
  • Experience operating within a multi-brand or division-based organization
  • Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) systems and content workflows
  • Existing relationships within the motorsport or automotive performance ecosystem

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the enterprise sponsorship strategy —identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing partnership opportunities across motorsport series, track events, car shows, athletes, and automotive lifestyle properties
  • Build and manage a balanced portfolio of sponsorships aligned to brand priorities, power brands, and commercial objectives
  • Establish clear criteria and frameworks for evaluating sponsorship opportunities across brand fit, audience quality, and return on investment
  • Establish and manage a centralized intake and evaluation process for division-led sponsorship opportunities
  • Partner with Division Marketing teams to assess and prioritize inbound partnership ideas, ensuring alignment to brand standards and commercial goals
  • Provide guidance and approval on division-level sponsorship decisions, ensuring consistency across the portfolio
  • Enable divisions to move quickly while maintaining a structured and scalable sponsorship model
  • Lead end-to-end negotiation for enterprise and priority sponsorships, from initial outreach through contract execution
  • Structure agreements to ensure clear deliverables, measurable value, and alignment to brand and commercial objectives
  • Build and manage relationships with key partners, serving as the primary liaison for enterprise-level sponsorships
  • Develop activation strategies that maximize the impact of sponsorships across physical and digital touchpoints
  • Partner with GTM, content, influencer, and paid media teams to integrate sponsorship assets into campaigns and priority launches
  • Ensure sponsorships are fully leveraged across owned, earned, and paid channels
  • Establish standards for capturing, organizing, and distributing sponsorship and influencer assets across the organization
  • Ensure partnership assets are properly stored, tagged, and accessible within DAM systems for cross-functional use
  • Partner with division teams and coordinators to drive consistent asset management practices
  • Support enterprise-level partnerships by ensuring high-value assets are captured and scaled across campaigns
  • Own and manage the enterprise sponsorship budget, tracking spend against commitments, and optimizing allocation
  • Define and track performance metrics, including media value, audience reach, engagement, and revenue attribution where measurable
  • Provide ongoing insights and recommendations to improve partnership effectiveness and ROI
  • Represent Holley Performance Brands at sponsored events, races, and activations, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence
  • Build relationships across the automotive performance ecosystem, staying closely connected to industry trends and emerging opportunities
