MKTG Sports + Entertainment is looking for a dynamic and strategic Manager, Sponsorship Consulting to join our team and help advise clients on the best partnership execution, athlete/talent management, and strategic presentations. We are looking for a accomplished marketer with in-depth NFL experience to implement strategic, integrated brand marketing and activation campaigns with our roster of Fortune 500 clients. You will partner with a team of experienced marketers in developing and measuring performance of NFL activation programs. Successful employees will approach unexpected challenges quickly and creatively. This is opportunity based in our Charlotte, NC office and you will report into the VP, Sponsorship Consulting. You have the following attributes: In-depth knowledge of and ability to navigate the NFL ecosystem Experience working with athletes and influencers Manage, collaborate, and support team members from different offices around the country Experience with the broader sponsorship landscape is helpful (NBA, NFL, MLB, NCAA, and F1) Knowledge of and experience with the full marketing mix, social media, content marketing, influencer approaches, and marketing promotions An internal drive to bring client and organizational value, even in fluid or undefined environments Generate creative solutions to business and marketing challenges facing our clients
