Serve as the primary laboratory customer contact, working with customers to define the specifications for services, answer questions, communicate work status, scheduling information, and provide other necessary information. Coordinate requests for projects with laboratory leadership team and work with them to ensure the project requirements are clearly defined and communicated. Monitor project schedule, progress, and deadlines. Verify and validate laboratory data as required. Ensures all laboratory policies and procedures are followed. Accepting and supporting activities delegated by the Medical Director and Vice President - Laboratory Operations.
