As part of this superpowered team, you’ll help keep the customer at the heart of everything we do. What you’ll do: Set and execute sourcing strategies to drive profitable growth and enhance customer experience. Build strong partnerships with suppliers, merchants, and business partners. Influence key decisions on replenishment, supply chain, assortment, and pricing. Collaborate with Product Development to design and launch new Private Brand products. Become the category expert, always seeking new opportunities for growth. What you’ll bring: Experience in sourcing, supply chain, merchandising, or related field (3+ years). Advanced Microsoft Suite, project management, and analytical skills. Proven negotiation and merchandising expertise. Strong relationship-building and influencing abilities. Category management experience, especially in commodities, packaging, or food ingredients. Preferred: Experience in the commodity industry, sourcing food ingredients/packaging, or manufacturing/processing. The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Requirements

  • Experience in sourcing, supply chain, merchandising, or related field (3+ years).
  • Advanced Microsoft Suite, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Proven negotiation and merchandising expertise.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing abilities.
  • Category management experience, especially in commodities, packaging, or food ingredients.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Supply Chain or related area and 3 years’ experience in sourcing OR 5 years’ experience in sourcing, Business, Merchandising, Supply Chain or related areas.
  • Bilingual in English and one or more language used to transact business in assigned country.
  • Project Management certification.

  • Experience in the commodity industry, sourcing food ingredients/packaging, or manufacturing/processing.
  • Experience in retail, manufacturing, or sourcing
  • Experience working for a retailer, or major brand, importer/agent serving a major retail customer
