About The Position

Strategic Link Consulting (SLC) is seeking a QA leader who thrives at the
intersection of financial precision and cutting-edge automation. We are a
fast-growing Fintech powerhouse in Metro Atlanta, looking for a Software QA
Manager who doesn't just "check boxes" but builds firstclass quality ecosystems.

We do not need a gatekeeper; we need a visionary. You will lead a global,
multi-tiered team to ensure our financial platforms are bulletproof, scalable,
and fast. If you are a master of orchestration with a track record of elevating
QA from a department to a strategic advantage, we want to talk.

Requirements

• Orchestration: JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr
• Automation: Selenium, TestNG, Maven, Jenkins
• Environment: API testing (Postman) and SQL
• Organizational Mastery: You can juggle the demands of a regular release cycle without losing track of a single edge case.
• Leadership Presence: You don't just manage; you inspire. You have a proven ability to upskill junior testers and hold offshore partners to the highest standard of quality.
• Fintech Mindset: You understand that in finance, even small glitches have large monetary impacts. You bring a rigorous, detail-oriented approach to data integrity and test validation.
• Exceptional Communication: Whether it's an 8:00 AM sync with India or a 4:00 PM stakeholder briefing in Atlanta, your clarity and confidence are your greatest tools.
• Experience: 5+ years in Software Quality Assurance, with at least 2+ years in a formal leadership/management role.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent "battle-tested" experience).
• Global Management: Proven experience managing offshore resources effectively.

Nice To Haves

• Domain: Previous experience in Fintech, Banking, or highly regulated environments is a massive plus.

Responsibilities

• Local and Global Leadership: Direct and mentor a diverse team of QA Testers across multiple time zones (Onshore, Nearshore, and Offshore). You are the glue that keeps these teams synchronized and performance high
• Automation Architecture: Champion the transition to a "test-early, test-often" culture. You will oversee the development of robust, scalable automation frameworks using Selenium, TestNG, and Maven, leveraging Jenkins to ensure seamless automated testing is integrated into every sprint.
• Strategic Documentation: In the world of Fintech, if it isn't documented, it didn't happen. You will lead the creation of comprehensive training paths, test plans, and strategy documents.
• Process Excellence: Utilize JIRA to its fullest potential—not just for bug tracking, but for workflow optimization, bottleneck identification, and transparent reporting to stakeholders.
• Communication Bridge: Function as the primary liaison between Product Development and Product Delivery teams. You must be able to translate technical requirements into plain English for non-technical leadership.
