About The Position

Build and drives teams, enterprise partners and vendors in delivering innovative digital products through the creation of re-usable APIs. Ensure efficient execution of overall product delivery by prioritizing, planning, and tracking sprint progress. This can include the development of shippable code. Actively engage in product and business discussions with a technical eye for feasibility and adherence to overall roadmaps and architectural strategy. Model an environment of strong collaboration and partnership with engineers, domain architects, product leaders, stakeholders, and partners to drive execution of roadmap, negotiate changes in priorities and manage communication of impacts. Manage and direct a team 5 to 10 software developers. Evaluate employee performance; set expectations and goals for individual staff members; and recruits, disciplines, and trains staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, and 10 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a Software Developer, System Analyst, Technical Lead, or in a related/similar position.
  • 10 years with Microsoft .Net or equivalent programing languages
  • 5 years Performing product development
  • 3 years with Cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services or Azure
  • 3 years with Micro-services architecture, CI/CD solutions, Docker, DevOps principles, message queue systems and background task management
  • 3 years with API security frameworks, token management and user access control including OAuth, JWT
  • 3 years with Relational and NoSQL database principles
  • 3 years with Agile /SCRUM environment
  • 3 years with full product lifecycle to create highly scalable and flexible RESTful APIs
  • 2 years working in Hybrid resource environments.
