Requirements

Demonstrated experience recruiting and managing technical teams, including performance management and managing engineers
12+ years, or PhD + 8 years, of software engineering work experience, including technical management
BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline or equivalent experience
2+ years managing managers, 5+ years managing technical teams

Nice To Haves

Demonstrated expertise in mobile application development (Android and/or iOS)
Demonstrated understanding of software development best practices, including design, testing, and deployment
Proven communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Experience building and scaling connectivity layers or networking stacks for mobile platforms
In-depth knowledge of wireless technologies such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, UWB, and NFC
Track record of delivering high-quality, production-ready software in a time-sensitive environment
Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with product and design stakeholders
Experience in mentoring and developing engineering talent
