About The Position
We’re building AI that transforms personal injury law—helping attorneys uncover evidence, value cases accurately, and win for their clients. As our Engineering Manager, you won’t just run stand-ups—you’ll architect, code, and scale systems while leading a high-performing team in a fast-moving startup environment. You're onsite in our downtown San Francisco OR Seattle office daily and working alongside our fantastic cross-functional teams. A bit about you: Track record of shipping complex technical products at startup speed. Deep hands-on experience with LLMs, unstructured data processing, and AI architectures. Proven ability to build high-trust, high-performance teams. Passion for solving complex professional workflows in high-stakes domains. Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a team of 6–10 engineers building document intelligence, case valuation, and legal AI assistants.
- Ship fast—iterate and deliver impactful features that directly improve attorney outcomes.
- Translate complex legal workflows into scalable AI architectures.
- Stay hands-on with LLM fine-tuning, document processing pipelines, and multi-model systems.
- Own product delivery end-to-end—from concept to production.
