The Manager, Social Media Community helps push messages through private label social channels. This position is responsible for creating a social strategy and a community management strategy. This role develops creative social campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, consideration and loyalty on channels like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest and LinkedIn. The role also identifies and implements process improvements and strategies to enhance the overall private brand social experience.
