WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON We seek a Manager of SMB Growth to join our team and lead a team of 6-7 Growth Managers focused on the SMB segment. Reporting to the VP of Growth and Retention, you will be responsible for building, developing, and managing approximately one-third of our SMB Growth team. This is a critical role that balances people leadership with hands-on coaching and development, as you'll be working with early-career sales professionals and helping them grow into successful account managers who are ready to progress to the Mid-Market segment. You will drive team performance against monthly sales quotas and key metrics while fostering a culture of continuous learning, excellence, and internal mobility.
