The brand marketing team is vital to Tropicana Brands Group’s success, driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. This team's objectives are to grow market share, improve consumer loyalty, and ultimately drive profitability through knowing our target consumer's needs, trends, and behaviors. Collaborating closely with other departments, the team ensures that marketing strategies align with business objectives, influence product development, and keep us competitive in a dynamic market. We are looking to add a Manager of Shopper & Trade Marketing to support our North America Business Unit team. This role will be responsible developing and executing integrated best in class Trade Marketing campaigns (including retailer customer overlays) for the full Juice North America portfolio Tropicana is looking for a critical thinker with exceptional communication, influencing and relationship management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
