The Royal Caribbean Group’s Shipboard Compensation Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Manager, Compensation reporting to the Senior Director, Shipboard Compensation. The position is onsite and based in Miami, Florida. The position is also not eligible for work authorization sponsorship. Position Summary: This position is responsible for leading compensation strategy, analytics, and program management across Royal Caribbean Group’s shipboard organization. The role provides financial and analytical leadership for compensation planning, market benchmarking, salary structure design, harmonization initiatives, and special compensation projects, including emerging business lines such as private destinations. This role partners closely with HR, Finance, and operational leadership to develop data-driven insights, establish scalable compensation processes, and ensure competitive, equitable, and compliant pay practices across the enterprise.
