The Shift Operations Manager is responsible for directing and coordinating utility operations under the direction of the Plant Manager, Sr. Production Manager, or other designated plant leadership. This position supports production by ensuring reliable operation of utility systems, equipment, and facility infrastructure while meeting safety, quality, environmental, and cost objectives. The Shift Operations Manager oversees utility employees and contractors involved in boiler operations, buildings and grounds upkeep, compressed air systems, water systems, wastewater systems, and other plant utility functions. This role is responsible for maintaining compliance with company policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety requirements, environmental standards, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
