We are seeking a strategic and highly organized leader to drive roadmap development and planning across our Digital Marketing organization. This role will oversee the full lifecycle of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) initiatives, including writing requirements, managing prioritization, and coordinating implementation through Program Increment (PI) Planning and execution, while ensuring alignment with business goals. The Manager SFMC Strategy and Planning will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define strategy and enable scalable, data-driven marketing capabilities. In addition, this role will coordinate PI Planning for other critical business areas, including content, gamification, and personalization, and will deliver executive-level communications such as strategic updates, roadmaps, and progress reports for senior leadership. NOTE: This position provides a hybrid work arrangement including approximately 50% of the time spent working onsite at our Chicago office location and 50% remotely.
