About The Position

Missionforce is Salesforce's dedicated business unit focused on revolutionizing U.S. national security operations across defense, intelligence, and aerospace agencies with AI-powered workflows. This high-impact Manager or Senior Manager of Operations position is sought to support the Missionforce Partner Program, with a focus on expanding the capacity and capabilities of the partner ecosystem that supports mission-critical work across the U.S. Department of War, Intelligence Community (IC), and Aerospace & Allied Nations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the Salesforce partner ecosystem.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of stakeholder engagement and executive-level communication, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and influence leaders without formal authority.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills; ability to drive process improvements
  • Agility and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • Foundation in the Salesforce platform, ideally backed by Salesforce certifications, to demonstrate your technical investment and capability to understand the ecosystem.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen (U.S. born or naturalized) living on U.S. soil who does not hold dual citizenship with the ability to meet customer and government screening standards applicable to this role.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior consulting experience, as external client environments demand exceptional soft skills and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Experience supporting U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC), or Federal Civilian agencies.
  • Understanding of the SaaS business model and complex B2B sales processes.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all business activities related to expanding our partners’ cleared delivery capacity.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including sales, delivery management, legal, product enablement, and distribution to drive alignment and growth.
  • Establish effective relationships with strategic partners to provide them predictability, product enablement, and feedback.
  • Manage rhythm of business, executive communications, and key global initiatives
  • Develop and present status reports, risk assessments, and technical recommendations to senior stakeholders and executive steering committees.
