Provide immediate response to emergency situations and life safety events to include medical emergencies. In this role, you’ll manage crisis events, activate cross-functional responders, and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic environment. Requirements
- Expertise in crisis management, emergency preparedness, and risk assessment.
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with internal and external partners.
- Data-driven decision-making with experience in risk mitigation and cost-benefit analysis.
- Ability to champion diversity, foster inclusion, and support associate growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Emergency Management, Risk Management, Security, or related field and 1 year’s experience in security, emergency management, risk management, law enforcement, fire service, or related area OR 3 years’ experience in security, emergency management, risk management, law enforcement, fire service, or related area.
