Based at our Headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA , you will lead and expand our Security Solutions team into a world-class cybersecurity organization, delivering value-added products and services to the Power & Water Solutions customer base. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 6 years of experience in field service, sales, application engineering, or first-level management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%, mainly domestically.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Industry certifications such as GICSP or CCNA.
  • Experience with distributed control systems (DCS), process control, project management, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow the North America Security Solutions Group, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Partner with the Global Service Center Cybersecurity Center of Excellence to align strategies and share best practices.
  • Expand the Security Solutions business for Ovation systems through close collaboration with Marketing, Product Development, Projects, and Sales teams.
  • Build strong relationships with North America customers to deliver high-quality control system security solutions.
  • Attract, develop, and lead talent while managing resources to achieve business growth and profitability goals.
  • Oversee a business with annual sales of $20–$30M and a budget exceeding $2.5M.
  • Prepare and present financial and business development plans for Security Solutions.
  • Deliver impactful presentations showcasing advanced security services to internal and external stakeholders.
