The Manager, Search & AI Enablement will be a key leader in this mission, responsible for the strategy and execution of search visibility (SEO & GEO), product data attribution, and AI-driven experimentation across both B2B and DTC eCommerce channels. This role reports directly to the Head of eCommerce and is critical for enhancing discoverability, ensuring data integrity, and developing scalable intelligence to accelerate revenue growth and operational efficiency. The Manager will operate at the intersection of Marketing, Product, Data, Technology, and Sales, translating complex search and data signals into actionable insights, building foundational data pipelines, and piloting AI-powered capabilities to improve decision-making and overall performance.
